Purpose-led products are the future, but what does that mean for product developers?

Brands have researched a lot around sustainability and inclusivity, which is a great start. However, we wanted to go to the source of buying behaviour, the consumer themselves. 

To gain new and critical insight into why purpose-led products are the future, we conducted a national survey of 2000 people.

The survey data reveals some fascinating generational differences, pricing insight and a priority list of product features to consider when developing.

For example, 3 in 4 adults will pay a premium price for purpose-led products and a product being easy to repair is the most important feature.
